About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensure calling on a given database and pitch gold loans to customers.
2. Generate gold loan leads by contacting inactive and existing branch databases, ensuring conversion.
3. Coordinate with branch staff and managers for closure of loans.
4. Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
5. Make interest collection calls to customers.
6. File reports, inter-office memos, circulars, etc.
7. Follow up on audit irregularities with customers under the direction of the Branch Manager.
8. Follow up on non-performing accounts (NPA) over the phone and through in-person visits, as directed by the branch manager.
9. Conduct marketing activities in the vicinity of branches and collect leads through Bingo.
10. Enter interest receipt vouchers (Maker Rights).
11. Enter payment and expense vouchers (Maker Rights).
Training program:
1. Training will be provided for 45 days, including the completion of an online training module.
2. After completing the online training, the intern will undergo on-the-job training at our branches for 6 months.
