About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Designing and creating engaging digital and print content, including social media posts, banners, brochures, website graphics, and presentations
2. Editing photos and graphics using Photoshop and other design tools to align with brand guidelines
3. Collaborating with the marketing team to produce visuals that effectively communicate marketing messages and campaign goals
4. Managing and monitoring the brand's presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
5. Developing and scheduling content to maintain a consistent and engaging presence on all platforms
6. Tracking and analyzing social media performance, creating reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and key metrics
7. Ensuring all materials and content reflect the brand's identity and messaging consistently across all platforms and channels
8. Assisting in maintaining and updating the brand's visual guidelines and style guides for all team members to follow
9. Liaising with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and design departments, to ensure brand initiatives are aligned with overall business goals
10. Communicating with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the timely and high-quality production of branded materials
11. Assisting in managing and organizing brand events, product launches, or marketing campaigns
12. Collaborating on multiple brand projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time
13. Assisting with the planning and execution of campaigns, providing design support and creative ideas
14. Helping monitor the budget and resources associated with brand campaigns and activities
15. Staying up to date with current design trends, social media practices, and branding strategies
16. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to help the team improve and evolve brand strategies
17. Suggesting improvements to enhance the effectiveness and creativity of brand communication across all channels
