3. Develop creative ideas & execute them for partner franchises (like Disney, IPL, Marvel, and DC)
4. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
5. Devise innovative growth strategies
6. Manage pages across social media platforms, creating engaging content, ideation & planning the social media calendar
7. Work on scouting and building relationships with Influencers, managing operations, and creating influencer marketing campaigns
8. Work on associating with other brands for strategic brand collaborations and negotiating for barter deals
9. Work on coordinating with the marketing team, designers, operations, and retail team, for end-to-end execution
10. Work on ideating content strategies for campaigns
11. Work on amplification campaigns for retail stores and new store launches
