About the internship

The journey starts with getting the licenses on board and ends with the successful completion term period with the license. It's an all-encompassing role. You will be the perfect fit if negotiations are the core qualities you hold and have spent considerable time trying to scale up structures. One needs to have great interpersonal skills and a high level of efficiency in operating with various departments.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Acquiring and Servicing new licenses under verticals like pop-up culture, sports, entertainment, etc.
2. Handling negotiations and formulating business plans
3. Handling day-to-day operations for the rightful usage of the property
4. Handling renewals and actively working on scaling the property
5. Working with various teams from designing, approvals, sampling, production, launch, and marketing of the property and planning and overseeing the entire process
6. Working closely with design and marketing to ensure the legal line of using the property is maintained
7. Studying the performance of the licenses to work on scaling strategies with various teams
8. Understanding the growing market trends to rightfully adapt
9. Work on media-worthy collaborations. e.g.- official merchandising partners for music festivals, cultural events, etc.
10. Handling negotiations and being an active part of planning for the events
11. Knowing all products and services of the website, and recommending new products and enhancements by coordinating with various cross-functional teams to analyze product requirements

Requirements:

1. Adept at creating pitch decks, presentations, negotiation & closing deals, with excellent written & verbal communication
