Business Analytics (Health Care Domain) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on analyzing and modeling existing business processes
2. Work on understanding and documenting current business procedures and identify areas for improvement
3. Work on requirement elicitation & analysis
4. Work on assisting with the use cases
5. Work on coordinating with the development team
6. Work on sprint planning and monitoring
7. Perform feasibility analysis, the scope of the requirement, and work with the project management team to prioritize deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities
8. Create a detailed business requirement document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications
9. Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation
10. Partner with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions
11. Work on integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) and functionality testing

Skills & Requirements:

1. MBBS or bachelor's or master's degree in hospital management
2. A thorough understanding of the current state of the organization and product is necessary prior to recommending changes related to implementing a new business solution
