Job Description: Empanelment Specialist

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and targeting potential organizations for empanelment opportunities through detailed market research
2. Develop and maintain a database of prospects, aligning client needs with the firm's expertise and offerings.
3. Preparing persuasive proposals and presentations to highlight the firm's value proposition, as well as establishing and nurturing professional relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate successful empanelments.
4. Coordinate meetings, negotiate agreements, and ensure timely submission of documentation to meet compliance requirements.
5. Collaboration with internal teams to customize service offerings, tracking the progress of empanelment activities, and reporting to senior management are essential aspects of the role.
6. Stay updated on industry policies and legal requirements, while fostering long-term client relationships post-empanelment to ensure sustained engagement and satisfaction.
