The intern will be working closely with the strategy associate in the CEO s office at Drip Capital on various analytics and research-related projects.
Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct research and analysis for projects related to Indian and international trade, key metrics and performance indicators for a fintech start-up, etc.
2. Carry out preliminary data cleaning, preliminary data analysis, and forecasting
3. Conduct primary & secondary research (e.g. using important trade finance related data sources, putting together insights from Drip current and potential customers, etc.)
Qualifications /Requirements:
1. Should have a background in economics/statistics/finance or engineering
2. Should have knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel (basic data skills, application of functions & pivots)
3. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Candidates having prior internship experience in a start-up/ corporate would be preferred
5. Candidates having a working knowledge of any data analysis tool such as R/SQL/STATA would be preferred
