Business Associate Internship

Clappia (https://clappia.com) is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business associate intern.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with existing customers and prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
2. Establish effective communication between engineering and sales teams for seamless coordination.
3. Master the Clappia platform to advise and configure specific use cases for customers.
4. Assist the sales team in creating proof of concepts to demonstrate platform benefits.
5. Serve as the primary customer contact, resolving issues and addressing concerns promptly.
6. Report customer feedback to engineering for product improvement.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
8. Conduct product training sessions for effective platform utilization.
9. Utilize spreadsheet tools for data analysis, assisting customers in gaining insights.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust with customers.
3. Excellent problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills.
4. Proficiency in spreadsheet tools like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas.
5. Customer-facing experience, preferably in SaaS, is advantageous.
6. Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems is desirable.
7. Technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp software applications.
8. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
