About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the overall planning and organization of the W.E.-Global Employees' Choice Awards 2024
2. Coordinating with various teams to ensure a seamless event experience
3. Supporting the management of award categories, nominations, and selection processes
4. Collaborating with vendors and suppliers for event logistics, including venue, catering, and audio-visual setup
5. Helping in the coordination of event promotion and marketing activities
6. Assisting in managing event registrations, RSVPs, and attendee communication
7. Providing on-site support during the event to ensure smooth operations and attendee satisfaction
8. Developing marketing strategies to promote the event and attract attendees using various channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and traditional advertising
