Business Coordinator Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reach out to the new or existing client via phone, email, and chat to provide clients/ customers with information about products, services, and promotions.
2. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer's and clients' interactions.
4. Assist in identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team member.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in business, communications, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers or client.
4. Detail oriented with strong organisational skills.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Prior experience in internships
