About the internship
As a Business Development Associate Intern at Smylo, you'll play a key role in shaping and expanding a rapidly growing brand. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in business development and community management while being part of an exciting, fast-paced startup.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :-
- Community Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand Smylo's online community of cat parents, creating a supportive space for them to connect and share experiences.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with social media communities (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), fostering relationships, answering queries, and encouraging meaningful conversations.
- Content Collaboration: Work with the content team to create engaging content that resonates with the community, highlighting Smylo's offerings in an authentic and relatable way.
- Customer Insights: Gather insights and feedback from the community to understand their needs, preferences, and experiences, helping to inform business decisions.
- Brand Advocacy: Inspire and encourage community members to become brand advocates, sharing their positive experiences with Smylo to help strengthen brand presence.
