About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Actively engage in direct outreach to prospects and initiate conversations with potential leads, effectively understanding their needs and requirements.
2. Foster enduring relationships with clients through personalized communication and consistent follow-up, leveraging insights gained from cold calls.
3. Customize solutions to address the unique needs and objectives of prospective clients, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.
4. Strategically schedule and coordinate outreach efforts, arranging discussions and appointments between potential clients and account managers.
5. Ensure seamless collaboration between the sales and account management teams, facilitating a unified approach to client engagement.
6. Maintain detailed records of outbound lead interactions, including cold calls made and scheduled meetings, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
7. Provide regular reports on outbound sales activities, lead conversion rates, and meeting outcomes to management.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, utilizing insights to refine cold calling and outreach strategies.
9. Strive to exceed established sales targets by consistently generating qualified leads through proactive cold calling and outreach efforts.

4. are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. 0-1 years of experience in sales, business development, or related area.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.

5. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

6. Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
