You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop a business growth strategy based on an Omni-channel approach
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
3. Manage customer interaction throughout the entire onboarding journey
4. Manage the sales process including managing site meetings, cold calling, presentations, etc.
5. Meet personal and team sales targets
6. Manage the end-to-end sales life-cycle for our complete product and services
7. Maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets, and work closely with the supply team and operations department
Skill & requirements:
1. Should showcase the capability of being a self-driven individual
2. Should have the ability to come up with creative solutions
3. Candidate should be smart and should have the ability to take decisions on the spot. He/She should have the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
4. Candidate should possess leadership qualities to be groomed into a business leader in the near future
5. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills with command over English and Hindi languages.
6. Candidate should also be extremely comfortable in using social media forums and must be competent to work on MS Office
7. Candidate should have a high level of motivation to work in a start-up environment
