Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our team
2. Utilize your sales pitch skills to engage with potential candidates and effectively convey the benefits of working with us
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for LinkedIn marketing campaigns
4. Assist in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates' qualifications
5. Utilize your English proficiency (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with candidates and team members
6. Support the recruitment team in managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment strategies

1. This is an "In Office" role [9 a.m.- 6 p.m.] in the Lalpur area, Ranchi - please apply only if you are comfortable commuting to the office for 6 days a week
