3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies for business development and market expansion
4. Compiling and presenting market reports, data analysis, and recommendations to senior management to support business development initiatives
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to drive business growth and promote brand loyalty
6. Staying updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the market
7. Reporting to RBM and visiting all markets to identify any open locations
8. Requirements include knowing the local language
9. Being young (< 25 years) and a college student
10. Being able to speak to landlords if required and taking initiative to cold call
