About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
2. Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of the sales program
3. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates' schedules
4. Train other telemarketers when required
5. Communicate any problems, concerns, or questions to the supervisory staff
6. Refer customer complaints to the supervisor for quality control
7. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
