About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Cold calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients in international markets to introduce our products/services, identify customer needs, and generate leads.
2. Email outreach: Develop and send personalized cold email campaigns to international prospects, ensuring alignment with regional market needs and the company's offerings.
3. Lead qualification: Qualify leads generated through cold calling and email outreach to assess their potential and interest in our products/services.
4. Sales pipeline support: Track and document all interactions with leads and prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
5. Follow-Up and nurturing: Follow up on initial cold calls and emails to move prospects through the sales pipeline, providing additional information and answering questions as needed.
6. Market research: Conduct research to identify new leads and target markets, leveraging industry databases, social media platforms, and other sources of information.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, target new opportunities, and contribute to international sales strategies.
8. Reporting: Provide weekly updates on outreach efforts, lead generation, and conversion rates, with insights on what strategies are working and areas for improvement.
Work Timings: We have 2 options
1. Day Shift - Monday to Friday - 10:00 am to 07:00 pm
2. Night Shift - Monday to Friday - 07:00 pm to 03:00 am Stipend: Incentives + Additional

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in sales, with a focus on cold calling, lead generation, and customer outreach.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade international prospects.
4. Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); is a plus.
7. Experience with cold calling or email outreach (even in a non-professional context) is preferred, but not required.
8. A proactive, confident, and outgoing personality, with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per sale).
