About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with immediate supervisor and/or training representative to create a personal job training schedule tailored to the trainee's education, aspirations, and previous work background
2. Review the training outline with the department manager of each assignment to ensure optimum training opportunities
3. Engage in assigned training projects
4. Prepare and present written reports for department managers and training representatives on each phase of training
5. Actively participate in trainee development meetings and/or conferences; leads designated discussion groups
