About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching, identifying, and targeting prospective B2B and B2C clients using online platforms, industry networks, and referrals
2. Qualifying leads based on client needs and pain points, ensuring alignment with company offerings
3. Initiating contact through calls, emails, and meetings to introduce our products/services and nurture relationships
4. Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to communicate value propositions effectively
5. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships
6. Maintaining and tracking the sales pipeline using CRM software to manage contacts, interactions, and opportunities
7. Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, updating key stakeholders on progress toward sales targets
8. Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify potential areas for growth
9. Providing insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand
10. Negotiating contract terms and closing deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
11. Ensuring customer needs are met during and after the sales process to promote retention and loyalty
12. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives
