About the internship

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:
Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and customer demographics to identify potential opportunities.

Campaign Support:
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and content marketing.

Content Creation:
Draft marketing copy for website, social media posts, newsletters, and other promotional materials.

Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach efforts.

Customer Relationship Management:
Support customer interactions, answer inquiries, and maintain customer relationships.

Sales Support:
Prepare sales presentations, assist with sales calls, and follow up with leads.

Data Analysis:
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and generate reports to measure ROI.

Social Media Management:
Manage company social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring online conversations.

Required Skills:
Strong communication and writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills


Desired Qualifications:
Relevant coursework in marketing, business, or communications
Experience with graphic design software a plus
Passion for the industry and eagerness to learn
