Business Development (Sales) Internship

We at Urban Company are looking to hire a business development associate for our large home painting business in our central team. It is an exciting opportunity for understanding and enhancing the customer experience aspect of our painting services as an international business.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Looking for the entire sales life-cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of qualified customers till the final conversion, i.e., getting us hired for the painting service.
2. Counseling the prospects via Calls. ( Have To Connect atleast least 50-60 prospective Customers each day.)
3. Creating and maintaining the data of potential customers with a strong follow-up.
4. Qualifying and helping in supply creation (partner onboarding for the city ).

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in BPOs or Sales (any product or service)
2. Excellent communication in English & Hindi .
