About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Building core strategies for branding each festival season
2. Curating methods and executable plans for branding the festivals
3. Pitching and bagging good collaborations, sponsors, integrators and barters for the festival
4. Ensuring a smooth collaboration execution
5. Ensuring a great network and reach of the festival in the industry and art fraternity
6. Attending meetings and pitching the festival's idea in the right most manner
7. Actively participating in curating the core festival product each season
8. Executing the formulated strategies for brand marketing and positioning
9. Being a spokesperson for brand in public and media
10. Aligning the speed of work with our 1-year and 3-year goals

1. Is a post graduate in marketing from a recognized institute

2. Has a drive to work for fast paced start-up only

3. Has at least one year of experience with a startup

4. Has at least one year of experience into marketing

5. Is perfectly adapting to work from the mountains

6. Has good knowledge of presentations, excel, documentations

7. Can multi-task

About Bir Music Festival

Bir Music Festival is India's only women-owned music festival and the largest original music and art platform in Himachal Pradesh accredited by the Tourism Ministry Of Himachal Pradesh.

Music and entertainment are the most emerging trends today and being one of the first movers in the industry gives us the advantage of experimenting and exploring. With this, we have become the only festival in India to host completely original music in a live format. The festival stands strong as a sustainable entity with a negligible carbon footprint.

As a Bo-annually celebrated original music and art festival, we hold a unique position and proposition for emerging original artists. We have successfully hosted 11 seasons so far and staged over 450 original musicians for 11,000+ live audiences to reach over 22 million audiences digitally.

With an aim to host over 100 original emerging artists in 2025, we are beginning a new voyage this year.
