Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in conducting thorough research within the MSME industry to identify prevalent recruitment challenges and emerging trends.
2. Support in engaging with clients to understand their specific HR pain points and requirements.
3. Contribute ideas and insights to develop creative solutions that leverage HR expertise to drive business success.
4. Collaborate with team members to develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with client's business objectives and talent acquisition goals.
5. Support in building and maintaining relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact to ensure their needs are met effectively.
6. Assist in identifying opportunities to add value and enhance the client experience through exceptional service delivery.
7. Attend relevant industry exhibitions to gain insights, network with professionals, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
