1. Handle customer calls, messages, customer requests, and answer queries
2. Manage bookings/reservations for potential customers through leads generated through various sources such as phone calls, emails, chat messenger, WhatsApp messenger, and the like
3. Use basic sales techniques to understand customers needs and suggest appropriate games/party packages
4. Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information using the right questions and diffusing angry clients, as needed
5. Know when to escalate an issue or concern or pass on a lead to the concerned person
6. Handle all calls with customers so that the customer is 100% satisfied when the call ends
7. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data
8. Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per conversion rates).
