About the internship

Colonel&Co is a startup in the new age snack space founded by IIT Bombay alumni. This internship is our standard route towards a full-time recruitment in Sales & Marketing Roles.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing alternate sales channels for our Branded Snack Range in multiplexes, hotels and restaurants.
Example: Meeting the purchase manager at multiplexes for pitching the institutional snack packs.
2. Meeting distributors and aligning supplies

The candidate will learn about FMCG Sales right from the grassroots level, would be working directly with the Area Sales Manager. Would be developing and handing Key account relationships like with the purchase manager of Hotels, Category Manager of a retail Chain, Store Operation Supervisor to influence and develop brand sales.
