About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Drive sales for the assigned products to drive greater value for the business, manage and drive the inside sales teams
2. Work with the team to develop and execute the sales strategy
3. Learn/Upgrade one's own product knowledge, sales skills, and market understanding to achieve and exceed growing sales target(s)
4. Understand customer profiles & problems to explain the importance of early intervention
5. Define, track and improve key metrics, collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings
6. Make inbound and outbound calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective parents
7. Fix appointments with the therapists on a daily basis with prospective children & parents
8. Work on cost-efficient customer acquisition and ensuring a high volume of daily transactions
9. Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue
