We are looking for a candidate to be responsible for selling & marketing Babyhug products to the pharmacies/medical shops and hospitals. The candidate should be a good team player with a positive attitude & a will to learn.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make the required number of calls daily to prospective customers
2. Generate new leads for the company by creating a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling
3. Manage the collections for the sales done
4. Engage prospective clients through calls, text, WhatsApp & emails to understand their requirements and suitably set up meetings
5. Work on achieving sales targets within the assigned area
6. Maintain quality service by following organization standards
7. Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
8. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
9. Manage the launch, distribution and visibility of the new products
10. Handle sales promotion activities and work on site activities to increase the visibility
11. Work responsibly on increasing primary & secondary sales
12. Perform visits to hospital (pediatric/gynac) to manage the distribution of FC box
13. Collect & maintain a record of box distribution
14. Maintain good relations with nursing/hospital staff for hassle-free distribution
15. Report to relationship managers
