We at the Institute of Professional Banking, Bengaluru, are on the lookout for self-driven and motivated interns to connect with aspiring bankers interested in entering the world of finance (banking & fintech) and inform them about the courses and job placements at the Institute.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working closely with the manager or admission counselor and completing all allocated tasks
2. Conducting research or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff
3. Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions
4. Updating documents and sales records
5. Observing and carrying out sales processes
6. Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions
7. Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders
8. Connecting with potential candidates who are unaware of the opportunities in the banking sector and educating them about the various career options available upon the completion of a PG certificate course
9. Providing admission counselors with quality candidates for potential conversions
10. Establishing a mark in the world of sales through upskilling programs and exciting learning opportunities
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 22nd Sep'22 and 27th Oct'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
