About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor, manage, and document all actions and solutions into our CRM ticketing tool
2. Talk to customers and explain products when required
3. Resolve or direct issues to the correct staff member for resolution
4. Complete all required learning events and training
5. Work on operational support on a 24/7/365 basis with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
