About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open
2. and interactive communication
3. Identify and assess customers' needs
4. Service customers in finding the right tenant/house as per the requirement of the customer
5. Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customers and leads
6. Use internal tools and methods to provide the best possible service to the customer
7. Negotiate with leads on behalf of customers
8. Keep the customer up-to-date on the progress of his account
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
10. Go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service
