About the internship

1. Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and build a database of qualified leads through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
2. Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to introduce the firm's services, set up meetings, and follow up on inquiries.
3. Relationship Building: Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with leads and existing clients, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
4. Networking and Event Participation: Identify and support the firm's participation in networking events, webinars, and conferences to connect with potential clients.
5. Proposal and Pitch Development: Assist in drafting tailored proposals, preparing sales pitches, and customizing solutions based on client needs.
6. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on market trends and monitor competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
7. Reporting and Data Management: Track and report on lead interactions using CRM tools, analyze client acquisition data, and recommend improvements to business development strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.

• Strong research and analytical skills to identify new client opportunities and market trends.

• Familiarity with professional networking platforms, especially LinkedIn, and an understanding of how to use them for lead generation and client outreach.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and ability to manage lead data.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on leads, and meet deadlines.

• Interest in legal services, startups, and business development.
