About the internship
As we kickstart 2025, we're expanding PYOR's business team to drive our mission forward. We specialize in helping protocols, dApps, and institutions with targeted research, analysis, and tooling, offering both productized solutions and custom work tailored to each client. Our team constantly experiments to add value in new ways, including through research, community tooling, and more. Over the past six months, we've had the privilege of working with clients like the Arbitrum Foundation, AVAX Foundation, Compound, Livepeer, Swell, and others. Additionally, we contribute to public goods by building Dune dashboards, ecosystem analytics, and conducting ecosystem research. We're looking to fill a pure, hardcore business development role- not focused on growth partnerships- where you will take charge of driving new business and expanding our reach in the blockchain space.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Take charge of closing open deals with our prospects
2. Identify new opportunities and close them
3. Help manage the execution of closed deals

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 26th Dec'24 and 1st Feb'25
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Crypto knowledge is an absolute must (you must be able to demonstrate this)
2. High agency (we are a small team, everyone is expected to take ownership and deliver)
3. Previous sales, BD, or customer-facing experience
4. Students from top universities
Additional information
1. Selection process (2-3 interview rounds and 1 assignment)
2. 3 months internship with a possibility to extend
3. Location: On-site preferred (BLR) but open for remote work for the right candidate
4. Joining date: 01 January 2025
