Selected employee's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Take charge for a complete intensive (Questerra tours)
2. Strengthen and sell the product
3. Market the product
4. Identify your target audience and reach out to them
5. Serve as the middle link between the team and the curator
6. Accompany the travelers and curator on the intensive
