Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling calls in a consistently polite, professional and efficient manner
2. Following up with customers to assure satisfaction, responding to queries, soliciting further sales, and solving problems
3. Converting prospects into customers
4. Keeping accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
5. Collecting feedback from customers, analyzing it, and preparing reports
6. Working on account management when required for existing customers
7. Achieving the given set target by employing telemarketing skills based on best practices
8. Working with other teams to understand the process
