About the internship

We are seeking a dedicated business development executive to join our software training company. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential students, provide information about our software testing and automation courses (including Selenium and other tools), and guide them through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Student Engagement:
1. Make outbound calls to potential students to inform them about the software testing, Selenium, and automation courses.
2. Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
3. Invite students to join demo sessions and follow up with them.
B. Coordination:
1. Act as a liaison between candidates and trainers to ensure smooth communication.
2. Schedule demo sessions and provide necessary information to students and trainers.
C. Feedback Collection:
1. Take feedback from students after demo sessions and courses.
2. Address any concerns or questions raised by students.
D. Candidate Management:
1. Maintain an organized list of candidates and their progress (interested, attended demo, enrolled, etc.).
2. Update candidate records in the database or CRM system.
E. Fee Processing:
1. Assist students with course fee payments through PhonePe and other payment channels.
2. Ensure all payments are recorded accurately.
F. Administrative Tasks:
1. Use MS Word, MS Office, and email to create and manage documents, reports, and communications.
2. Handle general HR administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Friendly and patient attitude with a customer-centric approach.
3. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication.
4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
5. Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or customer service is a plus.
6. Familiarity with software testing, Selenium, or automation tools is an advantage but not mandatory.

1. Self-motivated and proactive.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
