About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
2. Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
3. Conducting market research specific to the autocare industry.
4. Delivering persuasive sales presentations.
5. Monitoring and adjusting sales strategies based on performance metrics.
6. Creating and running marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and events.
7. Managing the online presence, including the website, SEO, SEM, and social media.
8. Developing marketing materials and analyzing campaign performance.
9. Coordinating with vendors to ensure quality deliverables.
10. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
11. Addressing client inquiries and providing exceptional support.
12. Gathering feedback to inform service improvements.
13. Tracking key metrics like ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
14. Preparing reports and presentations for management.
15. Staying updated on industry best practices and trends.

Who can apply

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Bangalore

Other requirements

1. A Bachelor’s degree (pursuing) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

2. MBA in sales & Marketing or pursuing an MBA

3. Females candidates are preferred. However, we are diverse in hiring. So, if you have good marketing skills & right experience, please feel free to apply.

4. Proven 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the automotive or related industry.

5. Strong proficiency with sales and marketing tools, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and content management systems.

6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

7. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies and sales plans.

8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

9. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage projects.
