About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with offline vendors to streamline battery and tyre fitment operations.
2. Conduct regular field visits to oversee the fitment process, ensuring quality and efficiency.
3. Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
4. Develop and execute a BTL (below-the-line) strategy focused on mechanic influencers to enhance brand awareness.
5. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns to generate leads.
6. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
7. Assist in creating tailored solutions for B2B clients to drive sales growth.
8. Lead and manage special projects as per organizational needs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and operational efficiency.
10. Spend considerable time in the field to gather insights, address operational challenges, and implement improvements.
11. Prepare reports on field activities, project progress, and market feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Other requirements

1. Pursue or have recently graduated from a tier 2 b-school with a focus on marketing, operations, or business development.

2. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with vendors, influencers, and clients.

3. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

4. Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track project performance.

5. Exhibit a willingness to travel extensively within the designated regions.
