As a business development (Sales) intern at UGYAN EDUTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.
2. Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets.
3. Communicate with clients and partners through various channels to promote our products and services.
4. Manage and update CRM systems to track sales progress and maintain accurate records.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns to generate leads.
6. Analyze sales data and generate reports using MS Excel to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
7. Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and business development.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 400000 to 600000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per upon reaching 1,25,000).
