Problem-solving for engaging and challenging projects related to Sales operations.
Responsible for handling a team of ~50 on-field Sales Associates.
Own objectives setting and performance monitoring of the Sales Associates.
Drive a high-quality control model for sales reporting and follow-up structure.
Identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions to improve the overall efficiency of sales operations.
Opportunity to work on Central level Initiatives.
Work directly with the Category Manager and Senior Category Manager on City level projects.
