About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirements
2. Managing client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
3. Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database
4. Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property
5. Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
6. Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
7. Working on intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters ensuring a fair and honest dealing
8. Generating leads through canopy activities and other promotional activities
9. Cultivating excellent knowledge about real estate markets and best practices
Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 8th Apr'21 and 13th May'21

3. are available for duration of 2 months

4. have relevant skills and interests
