Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Shadow experienced sales representatives to learn about the sales process, customer interactions, and property presentations.
2. Assist in prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels, including cold calling, online research, and networking events.
3. Participate in property tours and showings with potential buyers, observing effective selling techniques and client engagement strategies
4. Learn to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our properties to prospective buyers.
5. Support the preparation of sales materials and presentations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company branding standards
6. Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details in the Zoho CRM system.
7. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including organizing files, updating databases, and scheduling appointments.
