About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on gaining new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing the depth of existing relationships with clients
2. Work on identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them with investment options
3. Work on achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
4. Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required
5. Work on acquiring new clients
6. Generate revenue by churning through portfolios
7. Work on selling products like equity, derivatives, commodities, insurance, PMS, etc.
8. Work on maintaining relationships with existing clients
9. Take part in providing suggestions & discussions with the branch manager to increase the business
10. Take part in regular discussions with the branch manager to increase the branch revenue
11. Work on cross-selling the other products as a part of the revenue bucket
12. Work on advising the correct product to the clients as a part of their portfolio mix
13. Understand the stock market beats & suggest the right pick

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 250 per sale).
