Avancer Corporation is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated business development sales intern to join its own unit named Servicepik (https://www.servicepik.com/) sales team. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent English proficiency, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This intern will be a key member of our team, using their knowledge of sales and English to generate qualified leads, build relationships, and close sales.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Generate new sales leads by researching potential customers and tracking their contact information
2. Build relationships with existing and prospective customers through sales meetings, phone calls, emails, etc.
3. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
4. Coordinate all sales activities efforts and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs
5. Monitor customer satisfaction to identify areas of improvement and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales
6. Work on being an advocate for the customer, ensure customer issues are properly addressed, and proactively escalate issues when needed
7. Perform market analysis and research on the competition
