1. Work directly with senior management of the institution -- Indian Institute of Governance and Leadership (IIGL) established by the Confederation of Young Leaders (CYL)
2. Develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns by traveling across the country
3. Provide direction in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the strategic marketing plan for the organization
4. Design, write, and oversee the production of printed promotional materials including catalogs, brochures, flyers, and program and media guides; designs layouts and prepare copy
5. Establish and implement short and long-range marketing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for the organization; evaluate program effectiveness and effects changes required for improvement
6. Provide support for promotional special events such as open houses, book signings, fundraisers, outreach and community events, tours, press conferences, banquets, exhibits, product or service fairs, and events
7. Initiate and implement direct outreach marketing efforts to potential external customers

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
