About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Acquiring and generating business on the leads provided by the process we teach you and through various channels like web research, email, social media, bidding sites
2. Working on report generation for the analysis of the business aspects for management
3. Conducting timely follow up
4. Updating the company s CRM software for the opportunities and leads
5. Researching and identifying prospective clients
6. Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations under the guidance
7. Setting sales targets and defining a strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually
8. Developing draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions
9. Undertaking development activities (meets, proposals, pitches) to win new business
10. Building incredible pitch decks with our creative team
11. Positioning the company as a premium digital marketing agency

Note:
1. There are very high chances that if you perform really well and continue with us for at least 2-3 years that we can send you to the USA in our Michigan office
2. If you join us after an internship there are more perks like incentives on every customer you bring in

1. Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset

2. Candidates who enjoy prospecting for new clients, building digital media campaigns and providing excellent support to customers

3. Candidates who want experience in telephone/direct sales and/or consulting

4. Candidates who crave a new challenge and huge opportunities

5. Must have a university degree (bachelor or higher)

6. Should be able to handle gate keepers while prospecting

7. Fluent written and spoken English is an absolute requirement

8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to do business effectively on the phone

9. Good knowledge about digital marketing

10. Ability to understand and analyze online marketing metrics
