About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, client segments, and industry trends
2. Assist in creating, refining, and managing the client database
3. Support the development of marketing materials, including presentations, portfolios, and promotional content
4. Coordinate outreach efforts through emails, calls, and follow-ups with potential clients and collaborators
5. Identify and attend networking events, exhibitions, and online forums relevant to the architecture and interior design industry
6. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure alignment of branding and client engagement strategies
7. Track and report on business development metrics, such as lead conversions and client feedback

Other requirements
1. Current student or recent graduate in business administration, marketing, architecture, or a related field
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Interest in interior design, architecture, or creative industries
4. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
5. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Proficiency in social media marketing or graphic design tools is a plus

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2500 per sale).
