About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Take prospects (parents) from initial contact phase to the qualified contact phase over the phone
2. Take complete ownership of sales life cycle management (after a demo), coordinate and resolve customer issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
3. Encourage Kaizen offering, product adoption, drive engagement and usage and motivate customers to achieve effective learning outcomes
4. Guide students/parents throughout their journey by directing them to right resources, valuable content, and program learning
5. Inform students/parents about the product/content upgrades and new features
6. Monitor students' progress/feedback and mentoring support with respect to any specific issues
7. Use and become an expert on the customer relationship management (CRM) system
8. Solve the day-to-day product-related queries and follow-ups
Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 5th Dec'21 and 9th Jan'22

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Proven ability to generate new business revenue, source leads, and close sales

2. Ability to understand and articulate value proposition and customer ROI
