About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

(a) Lead generation:
1. Identify and target potential customers through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Participate in local events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to generate leads and raise awareness about solar energy.

(b) Customer engagement:
1. Educate prospective customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
2. Conduct site assessments to determine the feasibility of solar installations and provide customized solutions.

(c) Sales process management:
1. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve individual and team sales goals.
2. Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential customers.
3. Guide customers through the financing options available for solar installations.
4. Close sales and ensure a smooth transition to the project management team.

(d) Customer relationship management:
1. Maintain regular contact with customers to provide updates on their project status and address any concerns.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sales support.

(e) Market analysis and reporting:
1. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
2. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager.
