About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Front-end client-facing role. Involves work with HR leaders of companies. Pitching, end-to-end coordination, from pitching of the order to post-sales
2. Conduct market research and identify potential clients for our products and services
3. Assist in creating sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value of our offerings
4. Daily work will involve the usage of software and tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, and many more
4. Planning and execution of all CRM sales and marketing campaigns (automate notifications, emails, calls, etc.)
5. Support the team in generating leads through various channels, including cold calling and email campaigns
6. Responsibility for managing the client post-delivery for retention and leveraging the upselling opportunities
7. Assist in analyzing sales data, monitoring market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth


1. Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English proficiency
2. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
3. Apply MS-Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting
4. Previous experience with CRM software is advantageous
