As a 'Business Development (Sales)' intern at Picky Vibe LLP, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of sales and marketing. Show off your English proficiency in both spoken and written form as you communicate with clients and team members. Utilize your skills in MS Excel to track and analyze sales data, while also contributing to digital marketing strategies. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
2. Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
3. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions.
4. Utilize MS Excel to track sales leads, analyze data, and prepare reports for management.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
6. Participate in negotiations with clients to close deals and secure new business opportunities.
7. Demonstrate problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and drive business success.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of conversion).
